On December 9, 2020, the Board of Trustees accepted the final reading of Policy 2 - Role of the Board and Policy 3 - Role of the Trustee as presented. The Board also approved the Trustee Guide to Good Governance with one change reflecting community feedback.

Just a question/clarification needed...
Para 5 states that "The trustee’s role upon receiving a concern or complaint from a parent, staff member or community member about operations is outlined in Administrative Procedure 151" . AP 151 is titled PARENTAL/GUARDIAN COMPLAINTS or CONCERNS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION and the content is regarding parent complaints. Should the words "staff member or community member" be removed from Para 5 or should those words be added to AP151.
Reading para 5 makes it sounds like that I can raise a concern to the board but AP151 makes it sound like the stated process is only for parents/guardians.

I've been looking for information on how to become a trustee, can that be included in the handbook?
